Well said, indeed. Thank you!

I like Palin for many of the same reasons, but #1 because she talks straight to people about what matters to them, in terms they understand and are mostly already thinking. This sets her apart from all Democrats and most Republicans. Add her evident charisma and demonstrated executive ability and you've got the Democrats worst fears incarnate.

I believe that she left office recognizing that it is the intention of the Democrat Party to destroy her as a political entity. Many of Alaska's bureaucracy are Democrats (I met two in Cabo San Lucas a month ago who despise her). She probably assumed that the DNC would use them to set her up in some sort of sting operation which would make national headlines -- or worse. But for the Dems, all they really need is the headline to tarnish someone permanently. They almost succeeded with Clarence Thomas, but they were beginners then... Moving on, I believe that Palin has bigger ambitions. I intend to help her in achieving them, whatever they might be. These socialists must be defeated and exposed for who and what they are. Obama's helping a lot in that process right now.

There is a strong view that holds that success is a myth, and ambition therefore a sham. Does this mean that success does not really exist? That achievement is at bottom empty?
